RETURN POLICY
At Arina Home, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and exchange policy aligns with OMAN Royal Decree No. 66/2014 on Consumer Protection. This law safeguards consumer rights, including the right to quality goods and services and the right to obtain them at the declared price. It also aims to preserve the health and safety of consumers when using goods or receiving services.
Customers may return or exchange items purchased from Arina Home Showroom or our online store within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria outlined below.
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect or hidden faults, returns or exchanges can be made within the warranty period from the date of delivery. 1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Our return and exchange policy applies only to individuals purchasing items for personal, family, or household use. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- A valid purchase receipt or proof of payment must be provided.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the products has manufacturing defects and the product specification is not matching at the time of customization.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Send a written request via email to info@arinahome.om or call us on +968 7266 9999 , including your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for confirmation from Arina Home regarding approval and next steps.
- For defective items, the return/exchange will be approved only after a quality check by our team of experts.
All requests are processed during working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued using the bank transfer and processed within the following timeframes:
- Card payments (in-store): Refunds will be processed within 30 banking days, depending on the bank's policy, after visiting the showroom with valid ID, original receipt, and the card used for the purchase.
- Card payments (online): Refunds will be processed within 30 banking days from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse.
- Bank transfers: Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date the returned item is received at our warehouse.
If a refund request is submitted after 5:00 PM or on a public holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.
