Arina Home currently delivers its products across Oman. Your order will be delivered within 7-10 working days from the day you have placed the order with us, depending on the city where you reside. Our delivery schedules also depend on the product and the time you place your order.

 Your delivery charges will depend on the products you order. These charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

3.  What if I’m not at home when my order gets delivered?

Our customer service representative will get in touch with you if you’re unavailable to receive your order delivery. You will have the option to reschedule the delivery date and time. Following the confirmation from our team, your new delivery slot will be arranged.

4.  Can I schedule my delivery?

Once the order is placed, we will reach out to confirm a date and time as suggested by our delivery team. You will have the option to reschedule if you're unavailable and fix a new slot based on your convenience and the final update given by our team.

5.  What arrangements do I need to make at home during the time of delivery?

You need to ensure that the receiving area for the order assembly is clutter-free and ready to accommodate new furniture. Our delivery crew holds no responsibility for shifting or disassembling your old furniture or home decor. We are not responsible for any problems related to lifts, doorways or other issues encountered at your place or building.
